Early bird tickets now on sale: The Music Ally Publishing Summit in association with ICE returns to London on Monday 12th October and we are pleased to reveal a great line up of speakers who are already confirmed for the event.
With so much catalogue acquisition activity in the music publishing business, finance will be a key focus of this year’s Summit. Fresh from the merger with BMG we’re delighted to announce our first keynote interview will be Kent Hoskins, CFO of Concord in conversation with the highly respected music industry economist and author, Will Page.
This will be followed by a high-level finance panel featuring Bella Figura Music’s Co-founder and CEO, Alexi Cory-Smith; Rob Law, Partner, Shot Tower Capital; and Will Holder, Partner, Morrison Foerster.
Other major topics being debated at the event include an International Panel focused on Asia with Takuya Yamazaki, Consultant, NexTone from Japan, Panimalar K, from the innovative Indian music publisher RaaCho Music Publishing and Alexander Wolf, President, International, SESAC. We will also be looking at all the issues around AI and metadata with Mark Isherwood, Secretariat for DDEX and Bill Colitre, Chief Operating Officer, Music Reports amongst others.
